Let that stress and tension go and leave it on my table!
Better Known as the Swedish Massage, which is the most common and best known massage in the west, it will take you to the most relaxing place you want to go. Reducing stress and tension, with gentle, smooth and slow strokes, this helps to relax your mind, body and soul, while renewing peace and clarity.
With deeper pressure, this focuses on the deepest layer of the muscle, releasing chronic muscle tension and targets knots in the body. I also include trigger point work and stretching, when needed. This modality not only relieves stress and tension, but also can have a beneficial effect on lowering blood pressure. Boost your mood with this massage.
Many people who play sports or do extreme activities, know how tight their muscles can get afterwards and know the pain involved with it. Sports Massage helps aid in the recovery process, relieving tension, increasing circulation and working out any adhesions that may have formed. It also promotes flexibility within the muscle group. This modality can be great before the sport or activity, getting the muscles warmed up, stretched and ready to go for the day.
Myofacial release is a safe and effective technique that applies pressure directly to the skin, without the use of lotions or oils and helps "unstick" the fascia that is bound up. They are slow, deliberate strokes, which help release tightness and shortness to the muscle and connective tissue. Many people that seek Mysofascial Release, suffer from loss of flexibility, chronic tightness which restricts range of motion, pressure and pain in the muscle or joints which causes pain.
Palpating the belly has been thought to promote health and wellness in many ways, including pain relief, stress relief, and overall improvement of the functioning of the digestive tract. This method can heal momentary ailments such as constipation and bloating and when preformed regularly, can be a contributing factor to life long wellness.
30 minute massage.
Cupping is the application of a vacuum (silicone or plastic cups) to the skins surface & creates suction. It is used to loosen adhesions, tight muscles & tissue & separate the layers of connective tissue, which creates blood flow & hydration. Suction pulls toxins and stagnant blood to the surface, where it is absorbed & flushed out of the body's system. Once this is used, the tissues will then be "unstuck" & become more flexible.
